Brad Karsh is the Founder and CEO of JB Training Solutions. An accomplished public speaker and generational expert, Brad has been featured on CNN, CNBC, and Dr. Phil, and has been quoted in all-but-one of the following publications: The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Fortune, USA Today, and Tiger Beat. Brad is also the author of three business books including the critically acclaimed Manager 3.0: A Millennial’s Guide to Rewriting the Rules of Management, which you can read in Mandarin (assuming you can read Mandarin).
Prior to creating JB Training Solutions, Brad spent 15 years at advertising agency Leo Burnett in Chicago. Today, Brad travels the world speaking at major organizations including Google, Marriott, Discover, Eli Lilly, and The Chicago Blackhawks, among many others. Brad presents annually at the Society for Human Resource Management National Conference and was ranked #1 out of more than 200 speakers. When he’s not enjoying a copious buffet, you can find Brad playing racquetball, avoiding all cheese, or drafting the perfect fantasy football roster. Brad is left-handed.
Courtney brings over twelve years of experience in the training and development field to JB Training Solutions. Courtney spearheads our strategic planning, consulting work, instructional program design, operations, and business development, and she partners with clients including Abbott Laboratories, Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, and Whole Foods. Courtney is passionate about learning, and leads “Mr. Miyagi Moments” with her team each week. Courtney is the co-author of two business books, including Manager 3.0: A Millennial’s Guide to Rewriting the Rules of Management (Amacom 2013), and she has shared her advice for The Wall Street Journal, US News & World Report, WGN, and Chief Learning Officer.
Courtney sits on the board of the Chicago Society for Human Resource Management as the Education Director, and she volunteers for Chicago Scholars.
Jennifer Lee is an experienced keynote speaker, engaging educator, and talented facilitator. Jennifer has over fifteen years of learning and development experience with a robust background in luxury hospitality, human resources, and training. As the former Learning and Development Director at the AAA Five Diamond-rated Waldorf Astoria Chicago and the former Learning Manager at The Four Seasons Hotel in Chicago, Jennifer brings a rich perspective in leadership, management, service, hospitality and presentation skills training.

Buddy Bush is an inspirational facilitator and keynote speaker who is dedicated to enhancing the work of individual contributors and inspiring better team dynamics. Lora Haines is a high-energy, world-class facilitator, keynote speaker, and instructional design guru. She has over ten years of experience in learning and development at world-class organizations like U.S. Cellular and Walt Disney Company. Lora knows a thing or two about how to keep the modern workforce engaged: she focused her Master’s thesis on effectively engaging millennials. While nerf guns and beer carts might get someone in the door, she believes strong leadership, culture and opportunities retains employees for much longer. Lora has a Bachelor’s in Communication and Organizational Leadership from Carroll University and received her Master’s from Cardinal Stritch University. She is also a certified Life Coach and runs a private practice focused solely on helping high-performing 20-and-30-year-olds discover their dream jobs. Outside of the classroom, you can find Lora detoxing with a kale salad, chasing a sunset at the nearest beach, or dancing the night away at a local festival.
Huma is a knowledgeable HR leader with 20 years of international experience in the oil and gas industry. During her corporate career, Huma was responsible for a variety of global roles related to learning & development, global resourcing, mobility and international re-structuring. She has experience in developing international employer brands, employee engagement and setting up new businesses. Huma specializes in delivering programs related to culture change, diversity & inclusion, leadership and people strategy solutions. She is also a certified NLP Practitioner. Huma is regularly invited by educational institutions, networking groups and organizations, to speak and chair panels on a variety of topics.

Suz O’Donnell is an extremely engaging trainer, executive coach, and leadership development expert. Her extensive experience includes over 20 years working with teams on topics such as enabling business change, global management, employee engagement, customer experience, sales management, diversity and inclusion, executive leadership, and more. She works with clients in every functional role, across every industry, and from a wide variety of cultures at companies including Eli Lilly, EY, Cisco, and DigitasLBi.
Suz is a philanthropist who believes in giving back to the local community. She serves on the Healthcare Business Women’s Association Board, Talent and Organizational Effectiveness Committee for HRMAC, and is a frequent speaker for the Association of Change Management Practitioners Global Conference. She’s also actively involved in the Private Directors Association and National Association of Corporate Directors. Her business advice is featured monthly by Forbes and she’s also been quoted by U.S. News & World Report, Harvard Business Review, the Diversity Council, and many more. Suz loves international travel, improv comedy, volunteering, and Zumba.
Greg Tall is a high-energy speaker, coach and storyteller with over 14 years of experience in talent acquisition and development. He served as Director of Talent Development at a Fortune “100 Best Companies to Work For” employer and Director of Talent Acquisition & Professional Development at a fast-growing private university where he helped them innovative in the areas of employer branding, talent acquisition, employee onboarding and engagement, and learning and development.

Jeff Hiller is an expert facilitator and instructional design guru who develops highly interactive programs based on real-world experience in marketing, sales, entertainment, and entrepreneurship. Early on, Jeff became the youngest VP Account Director ever at ad agency Leo Burnett in Chicago earning 7 national EFFIE Awards. He was a high-end retail chain owner, Marketing/Creative Director for the Houston Rockets, and VP of Marketing for Four Hands, a 3-time Inc 500 Fastest Growing company.
Jeff consults on business, management, and negotiation skills for major organizations such as Marriott, Phillips 66, Allianz, Eli Lilly, Interpublic Group, and Publicis Groupe. He’s halfway through a mission to visit all 30 MLB stadiums, but when not traveling the world, enjoys sampling craft beers in his hometown of Austin, TX. Jeff graduated with High Honors from Dartmouth College.
Allison Lackey Peschel is the Director of Client Service at JB Training Solutions, with over seven years of experience in the leadership development and training field. Allison spearheads JB Training Solutions’ business development, and has partnered on consulting projects for Marriott International, Abbott Laboratories, and Weber Shandwick. Allison serves as co-chair of the Young HR Leaders Interest Group within the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago, and she is a member of Chicago SHRM where she serves on the Partnerships Committee.
