An accomplished public speaker and author, Brad has been featured on CNN, CNBC, and Dr. Phil, and has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, USA Today, and many others. Brad is also the author of three business books including the critically acclaimed “Manager 3.0: A Millennial’s Guide to Rewriting the Rules of Management” (Amacom, 2013). Prior to creating JB Training Solutions, Brad spent 15 years at advertising giant Leo Burnett in Chicago.
Today, Brad travels the world speaking at major organizations including Google, Marriott, Harvard University, Discover, Dick’s Sporting Goods, The Chicago Blackhawks, and The Big Ten Network, among many others. Courtney brings over ten years of experience in the training and development field to JB Training Solutions. Courtney spearheads our strategic planning, consulting work, instructional program design, operations, and business development, and she partners with clients including Abbott Laboratories, Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, and Whole Foods. Courtney is passionate about learning, and leads “Mr. Miyagi Moments” with her team each week. Courtney is the co-author of two business books, including Manager 3.0: A Millennial’s Guide to Rewriting the Rules of Management (Amacom 2013), and she has shared her advice for The Wall Street Journal, US News & World Report, WGN, and Chief Learning Officer.
Courtney sits on the board of the Chicago Society for Human Resource Management as the Education Director, and she volunteers for Chicago Scholars.
Jeff is the lead content developer for JB Training Solutions. He delivers interactive programs to build respected leaders, effective managers and world class communicators. Jeff started at Leo Burnett in Chicago, becoming their youngest VP Account Director ever and earning 7 American Marketing Association EFFIE Awards. He later owned a high end retail chain in Texas, was Marketing / Creative Director for the Houston Rockets, and VP Marketing for Four Hands Imports, a 3-time Inc 500 Fastest Growing company. Jeff currently consults on business skills, sales and marketing for many Top 100 companies such as Marriott, Phillips 66, Allianz, Eli Lilly and the IPG and Publicis ad agency groups. Jeff graduated with honors from Dartmouth College.
With a robust background in luxury hospitality, human resources, and training, Jennifer has more than ten years of training experience. As the former Learning and Development Director at the AAA Five Diamond-rated Waldorf Astoria Chicago (previously the Elysian Hotel) and the former Learning Manager at The Four Seasons Hotel in Chicago, Jennifer brings a rich perspective in leadership, sales, management, service, hospitality and presentation skills training.
Today, Jennifer works with major companies including Subaru, Omnicom Group, Hu-Friedy, Lettuce Entertain You Restaurant Group, and Eli Lilly. She is a qualified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator administrator and certified in California Psychological Inventory 260. Jennifer was recognized by The New York Times for the training she developed to foster “intuitive service” in organizations. In 2016, Jennifer was the #2 speaker out of 214 speakers at the National Society for Human Resource Management Conference.
Buddy has a diverse management background spanning corporate real-estate to work/life benefits. Buddy brings energy, enthusiasm and a real-world approach to each workshop. Buddy has partnered with high performing companies such as PepsiCo, Digitas LBi, Abbott Laboratories, and Exelon. Her passion for presenting started at the age of 7 with her younger brother as her muse. In her former role as a Vice President at commercial real-estate firm Grubb & Ellis, she led the marketing, communications and market research department. Buddy applies her zeal for business by developing Down-&-Dirty-in-30 Book Reports for today’s top selling business books, including Lie Spotting by Pamela Meyer, Good to Great by Jim Collins and Start with Why by Simon Sinek. When Buddy isn’t training in the business world – you can find her training yogis at Core Power Yoga where she is an instructor. Buddy is a LEED AP and holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
Huma is a knowledgeable HR leader with 20 years of international experience in the oil and gas industry. During her corporate career, Huma was responsible for a variety of global roles related to learning & development, global resourcing, mobility and international re-structuring. She has experience in developing international employer brands, employee engagement and setting up new businesses. Huma specializes in delivering programs related to culture change, diversity & inclusion, leadership and people strategy solutions. She is also a certified NLP Practitioner. Huma is regularly invited by educational institutions, networking groups and organizations, to speak and chair panels on a variety of topics.
Huma is based in London, UK and represents JB Training Solutions for client needs based in the UK and Europe.
Lora Haines has a true passion for learning and development paired with a breadth of experience in the industry. She previously worked at world-class Walt Disney Resorts, US Cellular, and tech start-up, Corvisa. At these organizations, she developed and facilitated new hire orientations, leadership development workshops, sales and customer service courses, and continual professional development programs.
Lora’s passion for learning and development shines through in every presentation, creating an engaging and open environment in the classroom. She is Disney trained to make sure the learning environment is more engaging than a firework show. Participants continually rave about her high energy, as well as her engaging and playful personality. Lora has a Bachelor’s in Communication and Organizational Leadership from Carroll University and received her Master’s from Cardinal Stritch University, where she completed a thesis on effectively engaging a millennial workforce.
Suz‘s extensive training and coaching experience includes almost 20 years of working with teams and individuals on topics such as enabling business change, global management, employee engagement, customer experience, sales management, diversity and inclusion, executive leadership, and more. Suz works with clients in every functional role, across every industry, and from a wide variety of cultures at companies including Eli Lilly, EY, and DigitasLBi. She is on the Board of Directors for the Chicago Society of Human Resources Management, on the Talent and Organizational Effectiveness Committee for the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago, and is a frequent speaker for the Association of Change Management Practitioners Global Conference. Her business advice has been featured by U.S. News & World Report, the Diversity Council, and the Association of Change Management Practitioners. Suz loves international travel, improv comedy, volunteering, and Zumba.
Greg Tall is a high-energy speaker, coach and storyteller with over 14 years of experience in talent acquisition and talent development. Prior to joining JB Training Solutions, he served as Director of Talent Acquisition & Professional Development at a fast-growing private university, helping them innovative in the areas of employer branding, talent acquisition, employee onboarding and engagement, and learning and development. Greg also served as Director of Talent Development at a Fortune “100 Best Companies to Work For” employer.
Greg is a dynamic facilitator who engages audiences with his unique and challenging perspectives and relatable stories. His presentations reflect his positivity, sense of humor and belief that learning happens when our comfort zones are disrupted. Greg holds an M.B.A from the Morris Graduate School of Management, a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and has earned the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designations.
Danny Schuman has spent his career creating ideas that solve problems and collaborating with others to do the same. His to-be-published book The Joy of Solving is based on his passion to collaborate with people to create business-growing and loyalty-building ideas. He has brought his problem solving tools to a broad range of diverse thinkers and organizations, including Discover Financial Services, Wrigley, the University of Chicago, Northwestern University, and Chicago Ideas Week. Michael Jordan once called him peanut-butter-jelly-boy, but that’s a story for another time.

Allison Lackey Peschel is the Director of Client Service at JB Training Solutions, with over five years of experience in the leadership development and training field. Allison spearheads JB Training Solutions’ business development, and has partnered on consulting projects for Marriott International, Abbott Laboratories, and Weber Shandwick. Allison serves as co-chair of the Young HR Leaders Interest Group within the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago, and she is a member of Chicago SHRM where she serves on the Partnerships Committee.
