There are only a few days standing between you and #SHRM16! There’s no doubt that your days will be filled to the brim with learning, networking and sight-seeing. Even talking about all of these activities is making us hungry! Since you need to use all of your planning brain-power to create the most perfect session schedule, we took it upon ourselves to give you a run-down of the best places to dine in the Nation’s Capital. Breakfast

Astro Doughnuts & Fried Chicken

What to order: Fried Chicken BLT (It has bacon on it, so it’s allowed for breakfast!) and a PB&J donut.

What to order: The Frenchie: 7 oz beef patty, confit pork belly, arugula tomato-onion compote, morbier cheese, potato bun, cornichon, mustard and fries.

What to order: Confetti Cookie: This sugar cookie is full of birthday sprinkles, birthday crumbs, and that familiar old fashioned vanilla flavor!
