Brad Karsh

Brad began his career at advertising giant Leo Burnett in Chicago in the account management department. As part of his “job,” Brad attended the ’95 and ’96 Super Bowls, the ’96 Olympic Games and NBA Finals. I know, tough gig.

He also met Michael Jordan, and had dinner with Larry Bird. The dinner was just about as awkward as you might think.

Once he learned he wouldn’t be attending any more cool sporting events, Brad realized his real passion was people! So, he spent the latter part of his time at Leo Burnett as a VP in HR focusing on recruiting and training.  Then, Brad decided to take his talents and start JB Training Solutions, a company dedicated to helping people succeed in the workplace.

Brad is also the author of three business books including the critically acclaimed ”Manager 3.0: A Millennial’s Guide to Rewriting the Rules of Management” (Amacom, 2013).

Brad now travels the world delivering keynotes at conferences and best-in-class organizations. As an annual speaker for the National Society for Human Resource Management Conference, Brad has been rated top-5 out of more than 150 speakers since 2011.

Brad attended Wesleyan University and majored in history (good thing they were still hiring liberal arts majors back then).
