Get to Know Ariadne
Ariadne is an engaging facilitator, inspiring speaker, empathic coach, and mindfulness leader. She draws on 14 years of designing and guiding experiences to inspire individuals, groups, and workplaces to perform and create at their best. She’s worked across industries and verticals at world-class organizations including Google, Walsh Construction, and Chicago Mercantile Exchange Group.
Calling on her background in journalism and documentary production for the History Channel, A&E, and Discovery networks, she knows how to engage audiences and inspire participation. She also draws on her decade + of instructor training in mindfulness to approach every situation, workplace, and individual with presence, curiosity, and an infectious joy.
She is a believer that personal and professional growth are deeply intertwined, and delights in inspiring people to find the fun within growth. When she isn’t facilitating, she’s coaching entrepreneurs and leaders to find their creative spark, playing with her rescue dog on Chicago’s lakefront, or researching her next international adventure.
Ariadne has lived in 6 cities and 2 countries!

Sushi is Ariadne’s favorite food! While travelling in Japan, she ran an experiment to see how many days in a row she could eat only sushi before getting tired of it. The answer? 17 days.

Her dog, Lila, was a stray jungle mutt in Costa Rica, but has grown to love Chicago.

Ariadne went to college in New Orleans and loves jazz fest, ridiculously spicy food, and dancing to live music.
