He holds an MBA from Roosevelt University, a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.

When he’s not running a session or creating new content, you’ll find him crate-digging for vinyl records, listening to a podcast, or staying true to his daily ritual: eating at least one chocolate chip cookie.


