INDIVIDUAL & TEAM EFFECTIVENESS

Virtual or In-Person

Employees are four times more likely to be engaged when they receive meaningful feedback on a regular basis. This also is one of the skills that professionals say they struggle with the most! Feedback doesn’t need to be overly-formal, forced, or saved for “big moments.” The strongest teams talk openly, share insights often, and treat feedback as a natural part of doing great work. This session explores what it takes to build that kind of culture by teaching participants how to give feedback that’s direct, sincere, and rooted in respect while also receiving input with curiosity instead of defensiveness. Participants learn straightforward feedback models, try out real conversations, and see how small, everyday moments of feedback can build relationships, inspire action, and improve performance.

Participants leave this program with the ability to:

Share positive and constructive feedback confidently in the moment

Balance sincerity and clarity when communicating difficult messages

Initiate feedback conversations that are candid and collaborative

Implement the SBI model to create a productive dialogue

Receive feedback with curiosity using the AAA method

Implement routine practices to make open communication a habit
