In this interactive workshop, participants gain a deeper understanding of gender identity and how it manifests at work. Once the understanding, awareness, and education around gender identity is in place, we share specific steps for what employees can do to serve as individual champions and allies for equity and inclusion in the workplace.
Participants leave this program with the ability to:
Comprehend key terms related to gender identity and recognize the difference between gender & sex
Develop a deeper cultural competence through education, introspection, active listening, & small group discussions
Take action to contribute to a culture of awareness, acceptance, and belonging
