This interactive program gives participants tools to actively participate as an ally for all marginalized groups in the movement toward inclusion and belonging in their organization.

Individual Contributors

Culture & Inclusion

Virtual or In-Person

In this simulation-style experience, participants follow an employee with an intersectional identity through several phases of the employee life cycle. At each phase, attendees have an opportunity to engage in a candid discussion with other participants about the employee’s experiences and how those experiences compare to their own. In addition to being a catalyst for deep discussion, this program is loaded with compelling data, tangible tips for showing up as a true ally, and inspiring stories that simultaneously show how much progress has been made and how much still needs to happen.

Participants leave this program with the ability to:

Build cultural competence through education, introspection, and active listening

Engage in and actively promote daily behaviors that result in an inclusive workplace culture

Take action to increase access, opportunity, and visibility for underrepresented employees

Serve as an individual champion and ally for equity in the workplace
