INDIVIDUAL & TEAM EFFECTIVENESS

Virtual or In-Person
Ready or not, we’re now in the age of AI. Employees have access to generative AI models with capabilities that once seemed unimaginable. And whether they acknowledge it or not, employees are using them for everything from drafting emails to vibe coding to generating self caricatures. As AI adoption accelerates and evolves, managers face unprecedented leadership challenges. You may find yourself calming one employee’s fears about job security, coaching another about over-reliance on AI, and cautioning yet another about data security risks. And this is all while you feel like you are struggling to keep up with rapid AI developments yourself.
This simulation-style workshop prepares you to navigate workplace AI conversations with clarity and confidence. You’ll tackle realistic scenarios featuring employees at different comfort levels and proficiency with AI, from the anxious skeptic to the enthusiastic early adopter pushing boundaries every day. Through guided discussion and a little role-playing, you’ll practice setting both expectations and boundaries for AI use, even if your organization has yet to set formal policies in place.
Participants leave this program with the ability to:

Confidently discuss AI capabilities and relevance to workplace use with direct reports

Set clear expectations for productive, responsible, and ethical AI use with your team

Help employees evaluate appropriate AI use in ambiguous scenarios, based on context and organizational values

Effectively respond to resistance to AI adoption, fears about AI’s impact on job security, and negative sentiments about AI-driven workplace changes
