Transitioning into the working world is undoubtedly one of the most difficult transitions in life. This program educates interns and new hires about the ins and outs of business fundamentals to ensure a smooth onboarding and integration to the team. We uncover all of the major themes and situations that occur during the first few months in a new role including navigating personal relationships, observing and learning from others, taking initiative, and business etiquette. Participants learn about everything they need to know to contribute as a high functioning team member, focus on strengths and skill building, and make a good impression in any business scenario. There is not a dull moment in this highly interactive and collaborative course!
Participants leave this program with the ability to:
