A Message from Brad
From the moment I started this organization in my humble condo in Chicago, I knew I wanted our founding principles to be centered around our employees, our clients, and our service. Of course, I had no employees or clients at the time, but I had a belief that work and career development, just like anything in life, should embrace what I consider one of my key values “joie de vivre” – keen enjoyment of life!
Work is such a huge part of our lives! Shouldn’t we enjoy our work? Shouldn’t we feel great and confident about the work we do?
